The Scriptures
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and is the trustworthy authority for faith, doctrine, and life. Scripture must be read in context, interpreted carefully, and allowed to correct our traditions, preferences, and assumptions.

OUR BIBLICAL FOUNDATION
These convictions are not isolated slogans. Together they explain the gospel we proclaim, the Scripture we teach, the church we seek to be, and the hope in which we live.
OUR CENTRAL CONFESSION
“For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.” · KJV
A CONNECTED STATEMENT OF FAITH
Each statement belongs to one unified biblical confession. The Scripture references are provided so every belief can be examined in the Word of God.
We believe the Bible is inspired by God and is the trustworthy authority for faith, doctrine, and life. Scripture must be read in context, interpreted carefully, and allowed to correct our traditions, preferences, and assumptions.
;
We believe there is one God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct in person, united in divine being, glory, purpose, and work.
;
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human. He lived without sin, died for our sins, rose bodily from the grave, reigns as Lord, intercedes for believers, and will return.
; ;
We believe every person bears God’s image, yet all have sinned and need reconciliation with God. Salvation is God’s gift, received by grace through faith in Jesus Christ—not earned by religious works, titles, giving, or church affiliation.
; ;
We believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, brings Scripture to remembrance, forms Christlike character, gives spiritual gifts, empowers witness, and guides the church in truth. Spiritual claims must always be tested by Scripture.
; ;
We believe all believers form the body of Christ. The church is fundamentally God’s people—not merely a building. Christians gather to worship, learn, pray, serve, practice baptism and communion, care for one another, and make disciples.
; ;
We believe followers of Jesus are called to holiness, love, justice, generosity, reconciliation, spiritual maturity, and faithful service. God equips both women and men to use their gifts under biblical accountability for the building up of the church.
; ;
We believe in bodily resurrection, final judgment, the defeat of evil, and everlasting life in the presence of God. Christian hope rests in Christ’s resurrection and God’s promise to make all things new.
;
BELIEF THAT LEADS TO LIFE
We do not treat doctrine as information alone. Biblical truth should shape worship, character, relationships, generosity, leadership, service, and the way the church represents Jesus Christ in the world.
